Someone learns from you by imitating your positivity, your hard work, your ability to learn, your self motivation etc. But they never confess it to other person that they have learned it from you. Even they begin to challenge you as they are superior to you by leaving the point that you tought them such as how to stay positive in negative situation, how to overcome problems, how to work smart. They eager to erase your all efforts by which you tought them of all those changes. Sharing knowledge with others is the best way to gain more knowledge and everyone should follow it. But those person who tought from others or copied everything what others doing or a specific person doing, they shouldn't forget or disrespect them or him.
A Mentor always stays a step ahead of you, and don't think that you are superior to him.
