Continuity is as important as your break fast whenever you have a goal. Continuity means to create a pace with your daily workout. If you think that your remaining tasks could be easily kept on, this would be your extreme fault because stopping to keep up with your workout, makes you unfamiliar and feeble for starting again. Sometime situation becomes worse more out of your thinking that prevents you for laying out your daily schedule. In spite of your vigorous willingness, you could not perform it. So, while you get into a task, don't let it go before achieving it. Maintain daily schedule by making a proper plan.
