A recent study found that 20% of Indians are working in various denomination companies in abroad and students are really attract to the facility over there. Indian public IITs are unable to provide additional subsidies for hiring foreigners because to spearhead a well known institution and make it world top class center is not possible this time. It needs huge investment.
A professor in USA gets all but 2000000 rupees per annum, the same we can see in China and other developed countries. But in India, IITs' professor's yearly earning is approx 1000000 rupees which is extremely lower than others. But a few private institutions are giving this facility to the foreigners and they became successful. This proves that India has the ability for conducting our institutions to the top class list universities. Recently PM Modi has initiated a scheme for providing adequate infrastructure to the foreigners and to the Indian students who tend to go outside India.
