How-To-Prepare-Matar Paneer

  Hello guys,

Today, I will show you how to make MATAR PANEER

MATAR PANEER is a famous Indian curry dish.

 As you can see above the picture, it looks like delicious,

isn't it ? So let's start...

First, we need to fry Paneer. We will take 200 gm Paneer and cut them into pieces.

Now take a pan and fry those Paneer pieces until it gets Golden Brown color.

Then take another pan and add...

1. 15 gm Ginger (prickled)

2. 5 pieces Garlic (prickled)

3. 2 pieces Onion (prickled)

Stir it at medium heat till translucent 

then add...

4. 5 pieces Cashew

5. 3 pieces prickled Tomato 

Cook completely at medium heat. Now, let it cool. Then add soaked dry Chilies in hot water for 30 mins into the mixture just like this...

Now make this into paste.

Now, take an another pan. Add 2 Tbsp of White Oil.

1. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric

3. 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

4. 2 tsp Coriander Powder

5. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

stir it. Then add the prepared paste into the pan. Again stir it then add...

6. 1(1/2) tsp Salt

7. Green Peas 200 gm

Stir it , add 1 cup Water. Now cook it for 4-5 mins.

Now add those fried Paneer and cook it. After that, take an another pan. Take 1 tsp White Oil and 1/2 tsp Chili Powder. Cook it for 2 mins and then spread it on prepared Paneer dish.



Now it is ready to serve...
