PREPARE-VEG-MANCHURIAN

  Hello guys,

Today, I am going to show you how to prepare VEG MANCHURIAN, a famous Indo-Chinese dish of  Veggie balls with hot, sweet, sour and salty flavor.



As you can see in this picture, it looks delicious and also it is 

easy to make as well...

So here's the recipe...

First, we need to prepare Manchurian balls so take a bowl and

add...

1.  2 cups of Cabbage (grated)

2. 1 cup Carrot (grated)

3. 1/2 cup Capsicum (grated)

4. 1/4 cup Spring Onion (grated)

5. 1 piece Green Chili (grated)

6. 2 tsp of Ginger-Garlic paste

7. 1/2 tsp of Black Papper

8. Salt 1 tsp

9. 5 Tbsp of Flour/Maida

10. Corn Flour 4 Tbsp

Now mix it well.

Now apply White Oil on palm and make balls as your needed size.

Now fry those balls at high heat in White Oil until its color turns Golden Brown.

Now we will prepare the Gravy. So take a pan and add...

1. 2 Tbsp of White Oil

2. 1 Tsp Garlic

3. 1 Tsp Ginger (grated)

Now fry this for 2 mins. Then add...

4. 1 medium Onion (grated)

Again fry it for 2 mins at high heat.

Now add 

5. 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce 

6. 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup

7. 2 Tbsp Chili Sauce

Now mix well and then add some water and again mix it.

Then add those prepared Manchurian balls and mix it.

Then add 

8. 1 tsp Vinegar

Again mix well



9.  2 Tbsp Spring Onion

and again mix well.

Now finally your VEG MANCHURIAN is ready to serve.
