Fortunately, the recent solar geomagnetic storm was not a much dangerous. The last time a solar event with the same storm level affected the planet was on March 16, 2019. That was G-1 type storm. If the planet gets hit by a strong solar storm such as G-5 type, effected areas could experience wide-scale power disruptions. In the time of technology, we will face a disastrous effect of the solar geomagnetic storm.
