The rise of mental illness among the people is a warning that needs much attention. People are suffering from depression, anxiety, mood disturbance and other problems which related to mental illness. With the increment of age, mental depression also increases among the people.
There are no specific answers why people suffer from various mental  illness. Because of some external reasons, mental depression can be triggered at any age. 


Family problem, financial scarcity, relationship problems, wrong career selection can break our mental stability. Depression does not follow any specific caste, community, belong to privilege or under privilege strata, educated or uneducated, anyone can be equally  endangered to becoming affected. Anxiety is quite common among the people. Sometimes it becomes long lasting and creates more problems in daily life. Nowadays, it is the most diagnosed mental illness condition. Students are mostly affected by the depression/anxiety.


It sometime feels hopeless that will not allow you to live fully. It always curb you to go forward and work for your goal. It makes you to feel coward. It always breaks your confidence and self esteemed and you will lose your strong relationship with your loved ones. You try to get out from this hazardous feeling but you could not and then you start to live a dual life.(one your own life and other one is with your depression)


Sometime few believes can nurture your depression-such as, 'I am not the best', 'I will not be successful', 'I will be failed', 'I am a loser', 'I do not have confident', 'I am not able to keep someone happy'. They think all the things mentally. They are particularly not able to disclose those in public. Sometimes, some of them have good academic marks but their believe make them depress that they are not special and could not be perfect. someone you trust makes you depress when they break your trust.


SOME TIPS TO KEEPS YOURSELF DEPRESSION FREE



1/ You have to stay stable from any kind of troubling situation that make you feel depress.

2/ Try to make busy yourself by doing good assignment with your thoughts and ideas.

3/ Make a few meaningful friendship and relationship throughout your life journey.

4/ For, students, they should choose an appropriate career path that will help them to get impunity from any kind of career related issues that might be happened further.

5/  Keep a continuous connection with your families and loved ones.

6/ Stay away from any kind of addictive substance and toxic relationship 
    that could be broken your self confidence and self esteemed. 

7/ You have to learn how to deal with failure and stay positive for most of 
    the time.  

8/ Develop a healthy, legal, sexual relationship with opposite gender. 

9/ Be actively involve in any kind of sports and exercise on a daily basis.

10/ Be aware that every problem have solutions and you have to choose 
      the right solution/ path to alleviate your problems by your own.


➤➤➤Depression, anxiety are not long lasting and although sometime people develop it in their mind , these are curable without any medicine. While you realize that you have depression, think that do you really like to spent your one valuable life like this?
