A person always wants to grow in life and achieves desire goal. For example, A graduate students may have the dream that he/she  will be an IAS officer or an entrepreneur and he/she begins to work on it. Everyone has their own dream and they also have the potential to grasp it.
You have to fixed your target first whatever dream you have and just work on it. You can take advise about your dream goal to the person who has already  successful in this field. This person can describe it and provide you the best strategy to reach your goal. 
Problem is the part of success. Problem will must come while you pursuing your dream Job but you have to overcome the problems by your best tricks. Every problem hides an opportunity in it. If you overcome the problems then you may find out the opportunity from it.

So he thought that this is a big problem because this stone was too large to pick out. so he took help of the other persons and finally they were able to pick out the stone. and the farmer observed that the stone is not just a ordinary stone. It was a Gold Object.]
You have to a small plan to achieve big one. For example, If your dream is to become an entrepreneur then start a business with few capital. While you earn profit from it then you will get motivate from it and energies to go for your next plan. Even you will not get any profit from it then it will not be a huge loss and you can start with a new plan further. But if you start your business with huge capital and unfortunately you will not get any profit from it then you will be demotivated, your confidence will low and you will give up. 
Distractions will come for breaking your focus whatever you do that time is very crucial. Your future will examine you to see how do you keep yourself motivate while you have problems. 
Fortunately, If you overcome those problems then you will be able to achieve dream goal. I promise, this moment will be the happiest moment in your life.
Hard work, Determination, problems, distractions always meet at the one point that point is your success.
