Yahoo, which is owned by Verizon has collaborated with ZTE to make its own branded phone. The device is called Yahoo mobile ZTE Blade A3Y. The smart phone cost $50 or around 3700 rupees.

The smartphone is said to run Android 10 operating system and it has a 5.5 inch 720p HD display.
There is 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage along with an dual flash and 5MP selfie camera in the front.
The device also has face unlock and fingerprint scanner as well. It is backed by a 2660mAh removal battery.

Apart from those features, the phone also offers unlimited "talk, text and 4G LTE data for $40 a month" including all taxes. It also offers add free email with yahoo mail pro.
Guru Gowrappan, CEO of Verizon media, said, "with the launch of Yahoo mobile, we are continuing to evolve our business by bringing a new, personalized Yahoo experience to the market that feeds our users' passion and also attracts new audiences.
