COVID Certificates to U.K Travelers

U.K govt. ministers have asked companies to make passports to provide certificates as a proof of not carrying the corona-virus, according to a Telegraph report.
Companies including De La Rue Plc, U.K based British company in Basingstoke are making certificates guaranteeing that U.K travelers have taken tests for coronavirus and are not infected, according to the report. The documents could include bio metric data.
Stuart Donnelly, an external spokesman for Basingstoke, did not comment. The U.K Cabinet Office did not immediately respond to emails requesting comment.
The talks are at an early stage and may come to nothing, according to the Telegraph.
