Scientists discovered that humans have the ability to detect earth's magnetic field like birds, honey bees, turtles and even bacteria. This experiment was done with 54 healthy people and they were kept in a building which was wrapped with coils. When the magnetic field passed through the coils, participants' brain's alpha started to drop. This proved that human brain responses with the present of magnetic field. That was happened may be due to the people who were from the northern hemisphere where the density of magnetic fluxes is very high.
Scientists got the encouragement from this finding for future investment in this work to know more about human behaviour with the presence of magnetic field.
