Sleepless


Insomnia is now common among the people. People nowadays are more stressful than that of our ancestors were. Working  pressure, pursuing career, more responsibility make people depressed and that cause sleep disorder among them. Those overburdened people spent their nights sleepless. Sleep disturbance is so annoying that could be very much understood by those who went through it. Sleep disorder is not only annoying but it has many hazardous health disorders. Around 75 % of the people in the world are suffering heart diseases due to overburden work pressure that turn their night into sleepless. Sleep makes us vigorous, gives the potential for becoming more productive and full energized and keep away us from aplenty of harmful diseases. 

To get a healthy sleep, one needs to make a proper routine and deliberately follow it regularly. Don't work more than your working time, stay away from any screening device after 10 of clock, do your daily exercise and maintain a proper diet. Last but not least, you need to do meditation before confining to bed for all but 15 mins. If you consistently persist yourself for following those habits, you will have a good sleep.
