We keep ourselves as busy as a President or prime minister does. Nevertheless, working for hours with minimizing sufficient sleep, we spent all the time in a day by working before computer. Exhausted pressure on mind indicates lots of health diseases and cooperating with sleep makes your life span so less. Medical technology has touched its superiority but lack of self care diminize the chances of long living. 

In spite of overburdened work in office you should take a break minimum for two days by convincing your boss saying you have some health issues. If You spent sometime to keep yourself far away from tasks,  you will regain strength as much that you could put your maximize capability than before. Free some spare times not only ameliorate your health but also refresh your mind that your working capability will also get ahead. Sufficient sleep with your peaceful enjoyment will also improve efficiency vigorously. If you are a project manager, you should hand over your project to a candor person for a while.

If you are a student, 8 hours sleep is crucial for giving 100% efficiency on your task and going for a tour with your bestie once in a week is also indispensable.
